We currently ship to most areas within Egypt. If you’re unsure whether we deliver to your location, feel free to contact us before placing your order.

⏱ Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day

  • Once processed, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details

📦 Delivery Time

Delivery usually takes:

  • 5-7 business days within Egypt

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier schedules

Please note: Delays can occasionally occur due to weather, holidays, or high volume.

💵 Shipping Fees

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size

  • We offer free shipping promotions from time to time — follow us on social media or subscribe to our newsletter so you don’t miss out!

📦 Cash on Delivery (COD)

We accept Cash on Delivery for eligible locations. A small service fee may apply and will be shown clearly at checkout.

🔍 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email (or SMS) with your tracking number. You can use this to follow your order’s journey to your doorstep.

📬 Delivery Notes

  • Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are accurate when placing your order

  • If your package cannot be delivered due to incorrect information or failed delivery attempts, you may be charged for re-delivery
