At Novi, your satisfaction means everything to us. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
🔁 Returns
We accept returns within [7–14] days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
All original tags and packaging must be intact
Items marked as final sale cannot be returned
To request a return, email us at hello@wearnovi.store with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond with the next steps.
🔄 Exchanges
Want a different size or color? We’re happy to exchange your item if it’s available in stock. Exchanges follow the same conditions as returns.
Once we receive your item and inspect it, we’ll ship out the replacement.
If the requested item is not available, we can offer a bank transfer , instapay , telda or cash refund.
💸 Refunds
After your return is received and approved:
Online payment orders: refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within [5–10] business days
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: refunds will be issued via cash with the shipping agent ,bank transfer, or as payment used at checkout as discussed during your return request
Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, unless your item was incorrect or defective.
🚚 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product), we’ll cover return shipping or provide a prepaid label.

Worn, damaged, or washed items
Items without tags or original packaging
Final sale or discounted items
Underwear, swimwear, or other hygienic products
📦 Packaging Tips
When sending back your item:
Use original packaging if possible
Make sure it’s securely sealed
Include your name, order number, and return reason
