Refund policy

At Novi, your satisfaction means everything to us. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


🔁 Returns

We accept returns within [7–14] days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact

  • Items marked as final sale cannot be returned

To request a return, email us at hello@wearnovi.store with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond with the next steps.


🔄 Exchanges

Want a different size or color? We’re happy to exchange your item if it’s available in stock. Exchanges follow the same conditions as returns.

  • Once we receive your item and inspect it, we’ll ship out the replacement.

  • If the requested item is not available, we can offer a bank transfer , instapay , telda or cash refund.


💸 Refunds

After your return is received and approved:

  • Online payment orders: refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within [5–10] business days

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: refunds will be issued via cash with the shipping agent ,bank transfer, or as payment used at checkout as discussed during your return request

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, unless your item was incorrect or defective.


🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product), we’ll cover return shipping or provide a prepaid label.


❗ Items Not Eligible for Return/Exchange

  • Worn, damaged, or washed items

  • Items without tags or original packaging

  • Final sale or discounted items

  • Underwear, swimwear, or other hygienic products


📦 Packaging Tips

When sending back your item:

  • Use original packaging if possible

  • Make sure it’s securely sealed

  • Include your name, order number, and return reason
